LinguaMia>Our offer

Group classes of Italian

Group lessons are offered only if a number of 8 students or more is reached. The course will last one week minimum (five working days) for a total number of 20 hours from 9.00 to 13:00 with a break in the mid morning. In order to achieve better studying results, each student will be assigned to an homogenous class based on his knowledge of the Italian language.
Our teaching approach can be divided in three main pillars:

  • Grammar: We usually propose to begin with the grammar lessons in the first hour and a half in the morning in order to take the advantage of your highest level of concentration. In relation to your level (or interests) we will develop in this session the fundamentals and the main aspects of the Italian language.
  • Reading: After an intense teaching of grammar, we will follow with a pleasant hour of reading. Italian is difficult to pronounce and this is the reason why we strongly insist that a correct pronunciation adds value to your knowledge.
  • Conversation: This is the funniest hour as the class will be prepared for the trip planned in the afternoon. Who knows? May be you will be visiting a museum, or a national park, or shopping around. It’s better being prepared and that’s why in our classes you will learn some of the most recurrent daily expressions. While attending the trip session, you can make use of all the expressions you have learned in class. Only for the advanced course we propose an alternative session which has a specific focus on art, literature, cinema, or music (i.e. listening and interpretation).
